Definitions

  1. Atelier Mina: Atelier Mina, established in Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number.

  2. Customer: the individual or entity who places an order with Atelier Mina.

  3. Parties: Atelier Mina and the customer collectively.

  4. Consumer: a customer acting as an individual for private purposes.

Applicability of Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, offers, activities, orders, agreements, and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Atelier Mina.

  2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

  3. “In writing” includes communication via letter, email, social media, or the contact form on Atelier Mina’s website.

  4. The applicability of any additional or different terms and conditions of the customer or third parties is explicitly excluded.

Prices

  1. Prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT, and excluding any additional costs such as administration or shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Atelier Mina reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products and services on its website or other communications at any time.

  3. Unexpected increases in the cost of products or components, which Atelier Mina could not foresee at the time of the offer or order confirmation, may lead to price adjustments.

  4. Consumers have the right to cancel an order due to such a price increase, unless the increase is required by law.

Shipping

Within the Netherlands: Shipping within the Netherlands is Free. All shipments will be sent insured. Delivery time is up to 7 business days after payment, unless otherwise agreed. Personalized orders may take longer; you will be informed by email. Shipments are made via PostNL.

International Shipping: Shipping costs for UK and Europe are 15 euro’s. All shipments will be sent insured. After shipment, you will receive a tracking code. For customers outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

Delivery & Packaging

  • Atelier Mina is not liable for delays caused by external factors. We will make every effort to inform you promptly of any delays.

  • Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle customers to cancellation or compensation unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • If the packaging of a delivered product is damaged or opened, please request the carrier to note this before accepting delivery. Without this note, Atelier Mina cannot be held liable.

  • If you arrange transport yourself, any visible damage to the product or packaging must be reported to Atelier Mina before shipping. Failure to do so releases Atelier Mina from liability.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, products must be handled carefully within the withdrawal period.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Personally engraved items

  • Gift vouchers

Please report any defects within 7 days of receipt by email.

How to return:

  1. Send an email to info@ateliermina.nl with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Payment and Retention of Title

At Atelier Mina, you can pay safely and conveniently using the payment methods indicated on our website.

Payment must be completed within 7 days after receiving your order.

Failure to make payment within this period may result in the application of statutory interest and any applicable collection costs after a formal notice of default has been issued.

All products supplied remain the property of Atelier Mina until all payment obligations have been fully fulfilled.

It is not permitted to sell, pledge, or otherwise encumber the products as long as ownership has not been transferred.

All intellectual property rights relating to our products and services remain the property of Atelier Mina. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without our prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Disputes and Applicable Law

At Atelier Mina, we strive to provide excellent customer service, and your satisfaction is our priority.

If you have any complaints regarding the products or services provided, we kindly ask that you contact us through the contact form available on our website so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.

Any complaints regarding the performance or execution of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable period after the issue has been discovered.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 April 2026 and apply to all orders placed on or after that date.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Atelier Mina reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Minor changes of a non-substantial nature may be made at any time without prior notice.

In the event of significant or material changes, Atelier Mina will make reasonable efforts to inform customers in advance.

Consumers have the right to terminate the agreement if they do not accept substantial changes to the Terms and Conditions.
