Return & Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, your item doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Products that meet our return conditions can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
Items returned by mail should be in their original packaging, including labels, boxes, and bags.
Returns without prior email notification cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item
Send an email to info@ateliermina.nl with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
