What are your shipping fees?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. This includes track and trace and insurance.Shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom is €15. You may return your purchase within 14 days. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns in Amsterdam at Atelier Mina are free of charge.
For orders shipped outside of Europe, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for paying these charges, and unfortunately, we cannot waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.
How can I return a product?

What is the difference between 8,9, 14 and 18 carat gold?
The difference between 8, 9, 14, and 18 karat gold is the amount of pure gold in the metal.
- 8 karat gold contains 33.3% pure gold and 66.6% other metals, such as silver, copper, and zinc.
- 9 karat gold contains 37.5% pure gold and 62.5% other metals.
- 14 karat gold contains 58.5% pure gold and 41.5% other metals.
- 18 karat gold contains 75% pure gold and 25% other metals.
The amount of gold affects the color, strength, and price. The right choice depends on your personal preference, your budget, and how you plan to wear the jewelry.
can the rings be resized?

We offer a 2-month warranty on items from the date of purchase. Before offering our pieces for sale, we carefully inspect them for quality. However, as these are pre-owned items, we are unable to provide a longer warranty, as we are not the original maker of the product.
